This agreement, and any dispute, which arises from and out of this website, shall be construed with the laws of Ontario. TERMINATION

Techy Canada Advanced Corp  or you may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may terminate this Agreement by destroying all materials obtained from this website. Techy Canada Advanced Corp . may terminate this Agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this website.

BILLING & PAYMENTS

Taxes, if applicable, will be calculated during checkout and will be added to the total amount to be charged to your payment method.

Shipping cost will be added during checkout. If the total weight of the product is more than 30kg the cost of shipping will be free. (Note: We are currently  shipping within Canada and to the USA)

Credit cards will be automatically charged the full amount (Price + Tax + Shipping) at the time of purchase/checkout. Techy Canada Advanced Corp . will not hold credit card information for later purchases/payments. 

PayPal payments will be automatically charged the full amount (Price + Tax + Shipping) at the time of purchase/checkout.

If any error is made during the checkout/purchase process and the payment does not go through, we will attempt to contact you and let you know that an error was made.
